The things practices ask us

So… is this a newsletter service?

Technically, yes — what we send is an email newsletter. We just hold ours to the standard of a good letter: written by a person, worth a patient's minute, one per month. The result reads less like marketing and more like hearing from a practice that remembers you.

We've never emailed our patients. Is it too late to start?

It's the perfect time. Your first letter is a friendly re-introduction — most patients are glad to hear from a practice they already trust. We handle the wording so it never feels abrupt.

Will this annoy our patients?

One thoughtful letter a month is the frequency patients appreciate rather than tolerate. We never recommend more than monthly for a practice, and unsubscribing is always one click — that's both the law and good manners.

Who owns our patient list?

You do, entirely. The sending account is set up under your practice's name; we simply operate it for you. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

What if we don't like a draft?

You mark it up and we revise until it sounds like your practice — edits are included, and nothing is ever sent without your approval.
